Orits’ life have been very different than most people who she grew up with. I believe at the age of 2 or 3 years old her experience started as her parents divorced and to her surprise she even remember the day. That day was the day her 2 or 3 years of living took a whole new meaning of an unestablished life to grow up with a broken heart of not having her so admired dad in her life.
One thing led to another, growing up with a single mom and moving back and forth between parents and stepparents together with her older brother, it wasn’t enough to always have a lack of one parent there was stepparent while her dad was in the service and she was the only parent. At the age of 6 through maybe 9 her mom wasn’t around either.
At the age of 14 years old Orit have moved to NY with her mom and her new stepfather. Going to high school she went through another change in her life and was introduced to drugs. From there on there was nothing else in her life. She dropped out at junior year with a scholarship to go to Cooper Union in the city and refused to hear her her dad pleats to just get high school done. Somehow in between all this chaos she went to the Israeli army although she didn’t have to die her leaving the country under the age of requirement to serve. Another two years of ups and downs while serving.
To add to that, when she was in her 30s she came back to NY after her dad couldn’t do anything else and was hospitalized due the drug abuse. After a few more years of struggling in and out of rehabs while being on methadone all these years, in 2000 she had been in jail for 14 days and had to go through a tough withdrawal for 3 days until they were able to get her medication, going through those 3 days of suffering she had made up her mind to never experience this again. She started to look for a job and got her first job at a fast food store and saved for a place to live away from her negative environment.
To make a long story short, after a few years her older brother who could see she has gotten her “s…t” together was opening his first Ice cream shop and they do need a cake decorators. He knew it would be something she would love to do because of her artistic background. While still being on methadone Orit was functioning but always had an entrepreneurial personality and when she got her first computer, I think it was around 2005 or 06 she started spending hours and hours of online business research.
First thing she tried was an MLM and of course she kept at many different online courses and nothing really worked. Although every time things failed Orit isn’t a quitter. She knew no matter how long it takes to keep looking for something that works, there is a way to make this work. Affiliate marketing just made the most sense to her.
The pandemic hit and she was going to make this work because what a better time than when job places are closed?

Joni spent most of her life working in retail. Her first serious job was with Nike in 2009, where she began as a sales associate and eventually worked her way up to department manager. What would you do if you spent six years building a successful business through hard work and long hours, only to watch it collapse within weeks? That was the reality Trang Nguyen faced when COVID-19 lockdowns shut down the trade shows and events her business depended on. She was forced to close the company she had built and start over.
Despite the setback, Trang turned one of the lowest moments of her life into a powerful comeback. Born in Vietnam, she moved to the United States with her family at age 12. Inspired by his father and first mentor, who fought his way out of poverty to success with sheer will and determination, Cesar developed an affinity for entrepreneurship at an early age. Like most kids, he received a measly allowance in exchange for doing chores.
Realizing that allowance was not enough for his luxurious tastes, he came up with a grand scheme. He scrimped and saved every cent and amassed an impressive collection of toys and comic books. He then launched his first business at the tender age of 7, renting out his toys and comic books to fellow students during recess and lunch. His business became so lucrative that he ended up having to hire the school bully to collect overdue rent from deadbeat classmates. His father always told him that if he went to school, worked hard, got a good job with good benefits, he would be successful.
Taking that advice, Cesar graduated from college and entered the workforce.

Ever since Holly could remember, even as a three year old playing with toys on the living room floor, she would hear her parents arguing. A lot of it sounded like arguments about normal responsibilities and the burdens of adulthood. To her it always looked like something she never wanted life to be. She remembers the constant white noise of it all and thinking that life could actually be good if people would just slow down and use their brains for a second.
Looking back now, Holly understands her parents were dealing with a lot of generational trauma, and that was probably how they ended up together in the first place. Because of that, she felt that her responsibility in adulthood was to make sure she never lived that way. From a young age she believed that she had control over her mind and that no one, not school, society, a job, the government, or even family expectations, could take that power away. Life could be anything someone wanted it to be.
That belief made it difficult for Holly to fit into a traditional path. She never really knew what she wanted to do for a career. By the time she was 27 she had only worked a few jobs and most of them were short lived. She worked at an after school program with kids, an ice cream shop, a volleyball clinic, and later two roles in the corporate world. The longest job she held was part time at the ice cream shop for two and a half years.
Her first full time job came after Covid when she joined a program for unemployed graduates. She ended up being one of the first people in the program to land a job before it ended, which felt like a safe next step into adulthood. The role was as a Paid Search and Ecommerce Associate for a contacts brand. Very quickly she realized the environment was chaotic.
